I called Josie’s about a missing item for my delivery order and the lady who answered the phone lacked empathy and did... not provide effective customer service skills. She responded rudely by saying “ We didn’t charge you for the item so what do you want us to do?”. I kindly replied, “ I want what I paid for and I’ve been a loyal customer for years.” She then proceeded to tell me emphatically that we’re not going to go back to your home and deliver chips. I replied” well if you guys are not going to deliver my item then you’re going to lose a customer”. So, after a few minutes of being on hold they decided they would deliver the chips. The lady was never empathetic and never mentioned she was sorry about the missing item. The driver came back to my home and delivered the bag of chips that expired two weeks ago( gross). I will no longer purchase food from this restaurant after the horrible customer service and the delivery of expired food during a pandemic. This is now a former patron of a restaurant that I’ve patronage for years. Please check the expiration on all foods if you choose to dine in or order delivery or choose elsewhere for your own health and well-being.read more

Haven't had Josie's in a years, but I've been trying to buy everything from local businesses after the response to this... "pandemic" is doing it's best to destroy small businesses. Had a birthday party today and no one there had their pizza before, but everyone is hooked! Amazing pizza and we will all be ordering from them from now on! Love having a great local pizza place!! 🙏read more

I usually order from josies pizza for their great customer service and delicious food but I ordered wings the other day... and they sent out wings that they cooked in old/dirty fryer oil. It was so bad that you could smell it outside of the wings box. And they barely put any of the wing sauce I requested as well. It was nowhere near closing time (which it wouldn’t have bothered me as much if it was). The integrity of the food is ruined and I wasted $40read more

Ive only been here a year and this is my now favorite wing and pizza place. Their wings you can have with fresh garlic!... I had the buffalo with garlic and I have been craving them non stop since i ate them. The pizza is spool good. Even when u warm it up its do Look goodread more

I've been living behind Josie's for 7 years.. I've ordered this food no less than 50 times. Whereas my stars 7 years... ago would have been 5.. I'm reducing them to 2 today. A few years ago I would have told anyone this was the best pizza in town. But the quality has steadly declined. I'm over warming my food in the microwave as soon as it comes to the door. I'm over adding extras to get pretty much the exact same amount. Sorry Josie's.. you used to be great but now you're mediocre.read more

This place has that pizza place from back in the day and NY style. Thanks God I found this place when I was on my way... home. It was worth it. The waitress took good care of us. Their house beer is the best and for $2 you can't beat that. I will drive 30 minutes just to drink their beer, too bad they wouldn't share who brews it for them. We order supreme pizza and it was the real deal. I have told friends and family about this place. Keep up the good work guys.read more

We have lived in the Metrowest area for almost 8 years, and Josie's has been that local neighborhood bar where... 'everybody knows our name' that we never knew we needed in our lives. The pizza is good, the wings are spectacular, and the Josie's beer is lovely for washing away a tough week. But what we love about it, are the people. The owner and the staff are warm and make walking in to the restaurant a joyful experience. It is a well-managed, well-loved neighborhood joint, and I'm so happy I'm around to enjoy it.read more

This is the best pizza and wings in all of the greater Orlando area. You won't find better.
Get the cheesy bread to... start, hot honey garlic wings and pepperoni sausage pizza with extra sauce... And a nice cold draft beer. They have great craft beers on tap! You will thank me later.

Why does a salad talk so long?
It always arrives with dinner..
Bread was okay and sauce good.
The Italian combo... sandwich ordered hot was served with toasted roll but the meat was very cold
No one ever even checked on it.

I will put a 5 star review up here because I love your pizza. After living in New York, you guys have amazing pizza. ... The sauce, the crust and the cheese all work nicely. But if I had to rate tonight's experience, it was not great. Delivery time was fine. Arrived quickly as usual, but the pie itself tasted very generic tonight. It did not taste fresh. The crust was soft and chewy and the cheese was tough. I would say it was like the pizza had been reheated. The sauce didn't even taste the same. I want you to keep the 5 stars because you guys deserve it but tonight was a very rare exception. Can't be 100% 100% of the time.read more

My favorite pizza in the whole wide world (and I travel, a lot). Perhaps I am biased because I grew up on the stuff. It... just tastes like nostalgia to me. It set the bar of which I use to judge all other pizza. I never come to Salem and visit my family without first stopping by, and maybe even bringing a pie or two home with me. I wish it were possible to give a higher rating. Seriously, these guys are the absolute best.read more

Excellent pizzas and wings! Go for the food, but stay for the people. Seriously. The staff is outgoing, funny, and... really known their stuff. We've been regulars for close to ten years...others in my neighborhood have been regulars for over two decade.read more
