At Josie’s Pizza and Wings we believe that it takes several key ingredients to make a great pizza. No ingredient is of less importance than the other. Rather all of them together combine to make a great pizza pie. We start with our hand-tossed, New York style pizza dough. It is made from scratch everyday in the time-honored, traditional way, on premises. Its light and crispy crust is worthy of the premium toppings we top your pizza with. Unlike our competitors, at Josie’s all of our sauces are made daily, from scratch, we then add our secret ingredients that make our food taste unique. No discerning pizza chef would ever dream of using frozen cheese. But that’s exactly what many pizza companies do. We use only 100% fresh mozzarella cheese which is at the heart of the fresh taste that comes with every pizza we make. We go to great lengths to choose quality meats that we use in a lot of our menu and only use hearty robust servings of real meat and freshly cut, ripened vegetables, sliced daily in our store. We wouldn’t consider buying pre-sliced vegetables because we know fresh simply tastes better.

Orlando's Best Wings
The Best Secret Homemade Buffalo Sauce in Orlando!
You know you’ve had them somewhere else – soggy, meatless wings, in a bland, runny sauce. We won’t stand for that at Josie’s Pizza & Wings! Our succulent, crispy wings are fried to perfection and made to order every time. Just like the original 1964 recipe, we don’t bread our wings either. Our famous Buffalo Wing Sauce is thick and layered with flavor, made on premise every single day! Our time-tested recipe was created over 50 years ago and is as close to the Original Buffalo Wing Sauce to Anchor Bar as you are going to get. Your search for great buffalo wings is about to come to an end!
Calzones
Essentially, a calzone is like a large stuffed pizza or turnover, made with an outer crust of pizza dough. Think of it as our crispy golden pizza crust that has been folded in half and sealed at the edges forming a huge moon shape and baked with all the goodies inside. When opened, the melted cheese filling- our special blend of ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, black pepper and garlic- flows from the dough. All calzones are served with marinara sauce on the side.

Pastas
Vine-ripened tomatoes, colorful vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, high quality meats and fresh,
fragrant Italian herbs is how we start the pasta dishes that we make. Our slow braised bolognese sauce takes three full days to make. All of our pastas are baked to mouth-watering perfection and served with garlic bread. Meat sauce may be substituted for light marinara sauce. Add meatballs or sausage or extra cheese for a small upcharge.

Tiramisu
If you’ve never had the pleasure of tasting tiramisu, you’re in for a treat. Tiramisu is a cake made with an Italian sponge cookie called lady fingers soaked in strong coffee or espresso, further spiked with a coffee liqueur. Its custard-like filling is layered and topped with whipped creamy mascarpone cheese followed by a sprinkling of cocoa powder. Literally translated its means “pick me up”, it appropriately lightens the mood at the end of any meal.
