We have loved Josie's for years and even though it has gone down hill, we have always given them another chance. We ordered food tonight and when it was delivered, noticed our order was wrong. I attempted to work it out with the restaurant directly, and was put on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up, as I had to tend to hungry kids. The past 5 times we have ordered, have all been wrong. Usually I do pick up and check before I leave, but needed to do delivery. It will be a long time before we go to Josie's again,If at all, and will do business with restaurants that value customer care.
